7.Sample preparation – Quick test method mycotoxin Aflatoxin
Use a solvent for the preparation of sample to room temperature (20-25theC/68-77theC) before using the.

Sample preparation by methanol or ethanol
- Take about 10 g template was mashed into the appropriate jar and add 20 ml methanol or Ethanol 20 ml (50%)

- To listen the solution in 3 minutes, filter or centrifuge ( This is required to make methanol evaporates)
- Use 100 µ l of solvent ,Add 50 µ l grade separation on the aqueous portion of the sample canister. stir the mixture and take out 100 µ l for posting test.
- Notes: If necessary the sample weights can change. And the ratio of the volume of methanol or ethanol according to the ratio
For example:
5g in 10 ml methanol(70%) or 10 ml ethanol (50%).
8.Perform test mycotoxin Aflatoxin
- Apply with the amount of sample is 100 µ l on stick.
- Read the result after 5 minutes with the RIDA ® QUICK Aflatoxin RQS
